Thank you for choosing to adopt from Happily Furever After Rescue!

 

• Our adoption fee is $425 for dogs, $475 for puppies, $225 for cats, and $275 for kittens which includes age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, heartworm testing, monthly preventatives, and microchipping  

• All of our dogs/cats will be spayed or neutered and are vetted prior to adoption. For kittens and puppies under four months, you will have to return to our vet for that procedure when of age

• Every animal in the rescue is given monthly flea/tick, dewormer, and heartworm prevention during the course of time they are within our care

• The first step in our adoption process is to complete our application (see below)

• Once an application is approved by an adoption counselor, the designated foster will contact you to conduct a virtual meeting/home visit where you'll have the opportunity to "meet" the dog/cat you're interested in and ask any questions you may have to their foster directly

• We will then schedule an in person meet & greet with all family members at the foster home. As long as everything goes well and both the foster and adopter believe it's a good fit, you can take your dog/cat home on the same day the meeting takes place
